  • ‘Portobello’ mushrooms are just overgrown/mature common button (cremini) mushrooms. The term was invented as a brilliant marketing scheme in the 1980’s to sell the previously unpopular product. – Andrea
  • I learnt that wristwatches were originally created as jewellery pieces and almost exclusively worn by women. It took a while for men to realise their practically and switch out their pocketwatches for one. – Bill
